Tentative schedule (This may change prior to the Event)

We will do our best to stick to the below schedule but rounds may be pushed back as needed.
Additionally, the schedule for the Kindergarten players will be pushed up to allow them to finish earlier.

Friday Night

Friday Night Events will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott Tacoma Downtown (across the street from the Convention Center)
4:30-4:50pm - Puzzle Competition Check-in
5:00 - Puzzle Competition Begins
5:30 - 5:45pm - Bughouse Competition Check-in
6:00pm - Bughouse Competition

Saturday

5:30am - Doors Open at the Tacoma Convention Center
9:00am - 1st Round Pairings Available
9:30am - 1st Round Start Time - players not in their seats may be forfeited at this time
11:15am - 2nd Round Start Time
Lunch Between 2nd and 3rd Rounds
1:00pm 3rd Round Start Time
2:30pm 4th Round Start Time
4:00pm 5th Round Start Time
Awards Ceremony — ASAP following conclusion of the 5th Round

*Pairings will be available approximately 15 minutes prior to the Round Start Time
