Tentative schedule

We will do our best to stick to the below schedule but rounds may be pushed back as needed.
Additionally, the schedule for the Kindergarten players will be pushed up to allow them to finish earlier.

Saturday

• 5:30am - Doors Open at the Tacoma Convention Center

• 8:30am - 1st Round Pairings Available

• 9:00am - 1st Round Start Time - players not in their seats may be forfeited at this time

• 11:00am - 2nd Round Start Time

• Lunch Between 2nd and 3rd Rounds

• 12:45pm 3rd Round Start Time

• 2:30pm 4th Round Start Time

• 4:15pm 5th Round Start Time

• Awards Ceremony — ASAP following conclusion of the 5th Round

*Pairings will be available approximately 15 minutes prior to the Round Start Time

Middle School - Open Section (only, not U1100 or U1500) will tentatively be held at the Courtyard by Marriott Tacoma Downtown. Open Section will take place over 2-days (April 25-26). Time Control for the Open section will be G/75;d10, with 3 games on Sat 4/25 and 2 games on Sun 4/26.
MS Open Rd Times (tentative) -
4/25: Rd 1 - 9am, Rd 2 - 12:30pm, Rd 3 - 4pm.
4/26: Rd 4 - 10am, Rd 5 - 1pm, Awards ~4pm or ASAP
