Health/Safety Requirements

Based on the latest guidelines from the CDC and State and Local health departments, we are requiring proof of vaccination (or a negative PCR test) for everyone age 12 and up in order to enter the Convention Center. We will also require everyone of all ages to remain masked while at the Greater Tacoma Convention Center, except while actively eating or drinking.

Full vaccination is valid two weeks after last recorded dose:

Single dose for Johnson & Johnson (Janssen) vaccine
Two doses of Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnaty or Moderna vaccine

We are tracking the case numbers very closely, and will continue to work with State and Local health departments to update our guidelines based on the latest data. Please remember that this is a state-wide event and so we must consider case levels in all counties, not just the location of the event.

For negative tests, the test must be a PCR Test administered within 72 hours of the event. For proof of vaccination, the following are acceptable: original vaccine card, picture or photo copy of vaccine card, or digital vaccine cards (Clear, MyIR Mobile, WAVerify etc). The quickest and easiest way to get a digital vaccination card is through WAVerify: https://waverify.doh.wa.gov/.
